The first
This is the first entry. I have no idea why I started one of these, other than the fact that most of my friends have one. I enjoy reading their entries, and have thought many times that if I had one, I would read theirs more often.
My cat, Midnight, named by my little brother (its his cat, he gets to do all the dirty work) is evil. Amazingly he hasn't done anything crazy or evil lately, but I think its because his nice twin has come out of hiding and has locked our cat up. Anyway, my cat is sitting next to me, and I'm really hoping he can't read, cause their is no telling what he might do. He is cleaning himself, and is looking very cute. This is another problem. When he is looking cute, there is a chance he might try and crawl in my lap. He also might turn on me. The more cats that are like him the more dangerous working on the computer becomes. Our old cat, who died of cancer would often crawl on my moms lap at midnight, or two in the morning or whenever she would be working and sit on the keyboard and drool. After many attempts of getting her off, my mom would finally give in. I've often wondered about the persistence of cats, or animals in general. They know that they could get in trouble for some of the things that they do, but yet they insist on doing it. Its just something to think about.
Today my brother, (different one, I have three) and I took our dogs on a walk. Since our dogs don't get out much, they where very excited. They behaved very well to how they usually behave. The whole walk they where staying next to us, eager to go on wondering where we would go. I decided to walk the trail that goes to Taylor park. I actually didn't go in the park, just passed it. I had considered calling upon my friends grandparents, who are very nice, but since I had the dogs with me decided not to. The whole time we where walking, Tippy my dog was marking her territory. I have yet to figure out why they do this. Is it to convey a message to other dogs that "this spot, right where i peed is MINE!" ? Or is it a friendly message saying hi! I stopped here to say Hi!" ?
What would it take to uncover these mysteries? Nothing short of becoming a dog or a cat or another animal yourself. Since this is at present impossible we shall just be stuck in the dark until science improves enough to uncover all the unsolved mysteries of the world.
